FILM DISCUSSION
We're dealing with time travel by starting in 2204 and it just gets messier from here.
These are your future people ambassadors. Totally trustworthy.
This is your toy-selling Ewok-like things that also serve as a plot device
We have no idea why some of these people are actually involved in the plot or the mission - most are just along for the ride
This is your T-1000 rip-off. Totally menacing android thing
But look, you care about Godzilla
And the big battles
And explosions
And that's a fun experience
Which is great since the actual plot has tons of holes in it

TRUE CRIME & POP CULTURE
This week we don't have any true crime to talk about so we dive into TV
Here's what you might have been watching
There was the Christmas special "Winnie the Pooh and Christmas Too" which is currently found on Archive https://archive.org/details/winniethepoohandchristmastoo_201912
We also discuss a "special" Headbangers Ball episode that chronicled Aerosmith's career up to that point.
RANKINGS & RATINGS
Nikki 1-5 star scale - 2 out of 5
Jon 0-4 star scale - 3 out of 4
Would you watch it again? - We both would, but not right away. There are so many other Godzilla movies and we'll likely try out some of the others in this continuity or the more modern ones first. But of the 3 Heisei eras we watched, this particular one did stand out and would probably be our first choice to go back to.
If you want to watch Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah, as of this recording in March 2024, it’s available on VHS, DVD. Check your local listings.
